Shenzhen Panajiashi Intelligent Pool Equipment Co.,ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: IParnassus) respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the Services. In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalized service, IParnassus will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, IParnassus will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and due care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, IParnassus will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior consent. IParnassus may update this privacy policy from time to time. By agreeing to the IParnassus Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the IParnassus Service Use Agreement.

1. Scope of application

a) the personal registration information you provide when you register for a IParnassus account, as requested by IParnassus;
b) Personal data of users obtained by IParnassus from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this privacy policy:
a) the keyword information you enter when using the search services provided by the IParnassus platform;
b) violations of the law or violations of the IParnassus rules and the measures that IParnassus has taken against you.

2. 2.Information use

a) IParnassus will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, except with your prior permission or where such third party and IParnassus (including IParnassus affiliates) are providing a service to you, either individually or jointly, and after the end of that service, it will be denied access to all such information including those to which it previously had access.
b) IParnassus also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means without compensation. If any user of the IParnassus platform engages in any of the above activities, IParnassus reserves the right to terminate the service agreement with such user immediately upon discovery.
c) For the purposes of servicing users, IParnassus may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you information about its products and services, or sharing information with IParnassus 's partners so that they can send you information about its products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3. Information Disclosure

IParnassus will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your personal wishes or as required by law, if:
a) disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
b) it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested;
c) disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of administrative or judicial bodies;
d) If you have violated any relevant local laws or regulations or the IParnassus Service Agreement or related rules, you are required to disclose to a third party;
e) If you are an eligible IPR complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the Respondent, at the Respondent's request, so that the parties can deal with a possible dispute over rights;
f) In the event that any party to a transaction created on the IParnassus platform fulfils or partially fulfils its obligations under the transaction and makes a request for information disclosure, IParnassus shall have the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information, such as the contact details of its counterparty, in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.
g) Other disclosures that IParnassus deems appropriate in accordance with law, regulation or website policy.

4. Information storage and exchange

Information and data collected about you by IParnassus will be stored on the servers of IParnassus and/or its affiliates and may be transferred to, accessed, stored and displayed outside of your country, region or location where IParnassus collects information and data.

6. Information Security

a) IParnassus accounts are protected by security features, please keep your user name and password information safe. IParnassus will ensure that your information is not lost, misused or altered through security measures such as encryption of your password. Notwithstanding the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.
b) When using the IParnassus Internet Service for online transactions, you will inevitably have to disclose your personal information, such as contact details or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been compromised, especially your IParnassus user name and password, please contact IParnassus Customer Service immediately so that IParnassus can take appropriate measures.
